Jeff Hager

Vice President

Jeff serves as Vice President for Seneca Federal Solutions, where he oversees critical infrastructure programs and leads a team of project managers across all aspects of project and program management, from initial proposals through field installation. Since joining Seneca in 2023, he has leveraged his extensive expertise in managing multimillion-dollar engineering, manufacturing, power, construction, and renewable energy projects. Prior to this role, he held senior program management positions at globally recognized companies such as Siemens and Schneider Electric. His work has supported a wide range of clients, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, FAA, Internal Revenue Service, and private sector industries. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Illinois University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
