About Roger

Roger Foote serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development. His background is in both federal and commercial business. Since 2007, he has directed business development and account management in the federal marketplace. Prior to coming to Seneca, Roger helped grow a Native organization to become one of the top 100 federal contractors. He has worked in leadership roles in startup ventures in the United States and abroad. Roger earned his MBA and master’s degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University.
