Meredith serves as Vice President, Learning & Organizational Development. She works with leaders to align strategy, structure, and people capabilities. Meredith’s background is in advancing organizational learning and culture to drive performance. She’s an ICF-certified coach and received her master’s degree in psychology from Harvard University’s Extension School and her undergraduate degree from James Madison University.
