Seneca Nation Group (SNG) is the federal government contracting business of Seneca Holdings, which is wholly owned by the Seneca Nation, a federally recognized Native Nation of more than 8,500 members.

our commitment

Every Dollar We Earn, Every Dollar We Save, Benefits the Seneca Nation.

As a tribally owned enterprise, our profits flow directly to the Seneca Nation, where they are used to fund programs, services, and critical support for members. We bring the values of the Seneca Nation to every partnership, delivering measurable benefits to our businesses, our clients, and our team members.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Our Impact Stretches Far Beyond the Bottom Line.

Our success returns meaningful resources to the Seneca Nation, and we’re proud to contribute more than funding. In addition to financial distributions to the Seneca Nation, our team actively seeks out ways to support the Seneca people.

Summer Internship Program

We’re pleased to offer paid internships for Seneca college-aged students, giving them real-world experience and the skills to thrive in professional settings. Our interns bring sharp energy and curiosity each summer as they dive into finance, marketing, HR, IT, and other subjects. We are proud that our internship program has resulted in several young members of the Seneca Nation joining the company full time after graduation.

Fiber Network Project

In partnership with Seneca Energy, the Seneca Nation’s energy company, we helped fund and support the development of a 50-mile fiber network on the Cattaraugus Territory, bringing high-speed internet to an area that previously had none. Today, the network delivers affordable internet and phone services to more than 500 homes and businesses.

Annual Marvin “Joe” Curry Veterans Powwow

The Allegany Territory powwow is a cornerstone event for the Seneca people and visitors from across the country. It honors Native American veterans and carries the name of Marvin “Joe” Curry of the Snipe Clan, who served with distinction in the U.S. Navy. Seneca Holdings is honored to sponsor and support this longstanding celebration.

Holiday Gift Drive

Each year, we partner with the Seneca Nation’s Crime Victim Services Unit and Family Services Program to generously donate hundreds of gifts for children and teens across the Cattaraugus and Allegany territories. The overwhelming generosity of gifts donated by our team members reflects the way our team embraces our mission of supporting the Seneca Nation.

Fundraising for Seneca Organizations

Our team has stepped up to organize fundraisers for Seneca organizations, addressing issues they care deeply about. Seneca Holdings and our employees have contributed to several groups including Faithkeepers School, Agwadeyësta’ Do:gë:h, and Ëyetinëtšinéhshö’ Immersed Learning Nest (ËILN).

honoring our commitment

The Mission of a Tribally Owned Business is to Improve the Lives of an Entire Community, Particularly Those in Need.

Today, the Seneca Holdings portfolio spans federal markets with employees across the U.S. and abroad. We invest with the long view, guided by the principle of the Seventh Generation, to generate steady, long-term returns that support the Seneca Nation’s ability to serve its members.
