She is a results-driven executive with over 23 years of expertise in federal proposal management, capture strategy, and project management leadership. Lena’s leadership is defined by a commitment to building high-performing, collaborative teams and aligning business development operations with broader organizational goals. With a sharp eye for innovation and continuous improvement, she ensures SNG remains competitive in a complex and evolving federal marketplace. Lena holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Defense Acquisition University; Level III certification in Systems, Planning, Research, and Engineering; Army Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative certification; and Shipley Associates certification in proposal management, with additional credentials in APMP, ITIL v4, and SAFe Agile.
