508 Compliance Statement
Seneca Nation Group (Seneca) recognizes and acknowledges the requirement for compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Accessibility standards within 36 CFR part 1194. We understand the importance of making all information and communication technology (ICT) accessible to government employees and stakeholders. Seneca ensures that all supporting documentation that we develop related to services offered on our Schedule complies with Section 508 requirements. Seneca follows government guidelines and tracks the latest revisions to the 508 Standards. We routinely inventory our ICT support documentation and services using a checklist to verify and document accessibility requirements for ICT items. We then identify any ICT exceptions, and determine which standards may apply, and what remediation is required (if any). Seneca performs 508 compliance testing on service contract deliverables in multiple formats depending on the deliverable being tested.
