David Gladden

Vice President, Business Development

David serves as Vice President of Business Development, with more than 21 years of experience supporting federal executives. He has held leadership, program and portfolio management, business development, and client services roles across both large and small firms, supporting clients at the Department of Defense and numerous civilian federal agencies. David holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Furman University and is an Agile Certified ScrumMaster and a Certified Knowledge Manager.
