Karen serves as Vice President of Great Hill Solutions and Clear Creek Federal at Seneca Nation Group, where she leads business operations focused on process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic alignment of teams in support of federal customers. She brings more than 17 years of experience from the Central Intelligence Agency, where she held multiple leadership roles spanning defense, foreign intelligence, and digital innovation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in American History from American University.
