Vice President, Human Resources
Kristina serves as Vice President of Human Resources where she is responsible for the company’s overall people-centric strategy and the alignment of talent to meet key business initiatives. She has over 15 years of experience driving and executing global people strategies in a wide range of areas, including talent management, recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, payroll, M&A, and workforce planning. Prior to joining Seneca, Kristina held several senior level HR positions within various industries. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University at Albany and a bachelor’s degree in human resources from the University of Buffalo. Kristina is an HRCI-certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM-certified Professional.
