Bill Niemeyer

Professional Services Group President

Bill serves as the Professional Services Group President. He oversees operations and is responsible for multiple programs within the Departments of Defense, State, and Agriculture as well as the Defense Health Agency and Census. In his more than 25 years supporting the Federal Government, he has held various operational and business development executive positions with responsibility for countless projects throughout the Department of Energy complex, including management and operation of Hanford Site 222-S Laboratory. Bill also has overseen several projects at the National Institute of Standards & Technology’s Center for Neutron Research and radiological remediation and shielding design during renovation of the NIST Radiation Physics Building, as well other projects at the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health and the Department of Treasury. Bill holds a bachelor’s in government from the University of Virginia and a master’s in public administration from the University of Tennessee.
