Joseph Dworaczyk

Vice President

Joe serves as Vice President of DoD Cyber and IT Programs for Seneca Global Services. He also serves as the Director, DoD Cyber and IT Programs for Western Door Federal and Great Hill Solutions. Joe has more than 35 years of experience in the cyber, IT, national security, and defense sectors, as well as program management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Eastern New Mexico University, a Master of Science in Telecommunications from Webster University, and a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Air Force, Air University. Joe served 29 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Colonel.
