Carmina Carper

Mission Services Sector & Company President

Carmina serves as the President of SNG’s Mission Services Sector, a portfolio of subsidiaries delivering a broad range of professional services to our Government customers. As Missions Services Sector lead, she is responsible for ensuring exceptional customers service, while growing and maturing Mission Services subsidiaries, solution offerings, and teams. Carmina also oversees the operations of our Seneca Federal Health subsidiary, focusing on the standardization and continuous improvement of processes and procedures, and the execution of high-quality service for our health-focused customers.

She has a background in Government program management, human capital management, and adult learning. Carmina has worked with agencies across the Department of Defense and civilian agencies, including the Department of State (DOS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), U.S. Army Medical Department (AMEDD), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and the U.S. Marine Corps. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Human Capital Strategist. Carmina holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, as well as a master’s degree in education, with a concentration in Instructional Design and Development, from George Mason University.
