Karina serves as Vice President of Operations for Three Sisters Federal, where she manages a multimillion-dollar portfolio, delivering operational excellence for various federal agencies including the Department of State, Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Department of Defense. Karina is a seasoned technology and operations professional, with over 25 years of experience in IT program/project management, delivering comprehensive IT solutions for the federal government. Her expertise in IT services and support, including help desk, cloud migration, Agile methodologies, and business process solutioning, has consistently driven revenue growth and high customer satisfaction. Karina is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Certified Scrum Master. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
