Vice President of Operations

Rob Hernandez serves as Vice President of Operations for Seneca Technologies where he is responsible for all management aspects of multiple projects within a portfolio of contracts, including project budgets, delivery schedules, staff management, and deliverables. Rob has more than 25 years of experience in management, consulting, training, leadership development, and delivering IT solutions for the Depart of Defense, Air National Guard, Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Health Agency, and Veterans Administration. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
