Samuel Hillmon

Vice President of Operations

Sam serves as Vice President, Operations, for Seneca Federal Health. He is responsible for the overall growth and operations of the company. Prior to joining the company, Sam served as Chief Information Officer for EdgePoint Integrity Services, a healthcare payment integrity firm. He also served in executive positions with Global Connections to Employment, a non-profit organization that helps provide meaningful employment for people with disabilities; MAXIMUS Federal working with the Defense Health Agency; and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Sam is a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran. He has a Bachelor of Science in biology from Valdosta State University, GA. Sam also received a master’s degree in international relations from Troy State University, AL, as well as master’s degree in information technology and a master’s degree in health care management from Marymount University, VA.
