She is a results-driven executive with over 23 years of expertise in federal proposal management, capture strategy, and project management leadership. Lena’s leadership is defined by a commitment to building high-performing, collaborative teams and aligning business development operations with broader organizational goals. With a sharp eye for innovation and continuous improvement, she ensures SNG remains competitive in a complex and evolving federal marketplace. Lena holds a BS in Biology, Defense Acquisition University, Level III certification in Systems, Planning, Research, and Engineering, Army Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative certification, Shipley Associates certification in proposal management with additional credentials in APMP, ITIL v4, and SAFe Agile.
